RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for becoming a Creative Mountain customer and shopping with us! Our Apparel, Poster, and Sticker custom orders are final sale.
Custom Apparel, Poster, and Sticker cannot be refunded as they are specifically designed for you.
Apparel, Poster, and Sticker custom can be exchanged only if the product was still in original casing, or unworn.
For example, if color was not what was selected when purchased, if the T-shirt size was wrong. If you notice something wrong with your product please email Immediately within 3 to 4 days after receiving order. Apparel cannot be washed, cut or manipulated in anyway. If we grant your exchange, we will notify you within three business days of receiving requests.
For exchanges we would need to receive tracking number no more than three days after granting request for exchange. If materials are damaged, lost or stolen after it is in our third-party carriers possession we are not responsible.
Returns that do not meet our policies will be shipped back to the customers. All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
